Mexican Tater Tot Casserole

   This Mexican Tater Tot Casserole was a hit with my family! It was spicy, hearty and tasty. Comfort food for the win. I originally intended to make a hashbrown casserole, but that did not pan out. Do you know how hard it is to find shredded hashbrowns in Canada? To me, it feels impossible! I checked every single store in my area and came up empty. They only had the diced hashbrowns. Then I saw the Tater Tots and a new idea was born. Scrap the hashbrown casserole idea and hello Tater Tot casserole. It was a huge hit! A fresh twist on an old family favorite that even the kids will gobble up.  Out of desperation from having the same old dish week after week I set about creating a new flavor profile for my standby dinner-Tater Tot casserole.  Going heavy on onions and including Hood sour cream makes this dish creamy and delicious, perfect for a hectic weeknight or leisurely weekend dinner.   Ingredients 2 pounds ground beef 4 carrots, diced 4 celery ribs, chopped 1 onion, chopped 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can green beans, drained and rinsed 1 (15 ounce) can peas, undrained 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole tomatoes, crushed ground black pepper to taste 1 bay leaf, or more to taste ⅛ teaspoon ground thyme ¼ cup water, as needed Directions Crumble ground beef into a stockpot over medium-high heat; cook and stir until beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 7 to 10 minutes.   Ingredients For  Chicken Fritters 1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts, (3 large) 2 large eggs 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup  all-purpose flour , or cornstarch or potato starch for gluten free 4 oz mozzarella cheese, (1 1/3 cups shredded) 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill 1/2 tsp  salt  , or to taste 1/8 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp  Extra light olive oil , to saute (or any high heat cooking oil) Ingredients for Garlic Aioli Dip (Optional) 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 garlic clove, pressed 1/2 Tbsp  lemon juice 1/4 tsp  salt 1/8 tsp black pepper How To Make Cheesy chicken nuggets ↚ Using a sharp knife, dice chicken into 1/3″ thick pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.   These little bombs are so tasty that I could eat a whole pan to myself! Very few  ingredients  are needed to make a dish that is quick, tasty,  comforting  and perfect for all. Obviously, this was one of my childhood favorite meals, and I have been making them ever since. Over time they have changed very little, just enough to give it a little healthier rating. Admittedly, back then I did not care about calories, I was too busy being a kid. Now, however, I do find myself counting calories once in a while. Cinnamon Rolis

Ingredients: 1 pack of yeast 200 millimeters of cow milk 80 grams of butter 1 egg 67 grams of sugar 500 grams of flour will 75 grams of butter 3 scoops of cinnamon 5 scoops of sugar Preparation: 1. Temp (Heat) the milk and add the yeast, letting it begin to act. 2. We melt the butter, and mix together with the flour, egg, sugar, salt, and milk with the yeast, until it forms a dough that does not stick to our hands. 3. We let her rest in a bowl until she melts. HOMEMADE DUST FOR CREPES

Ingredients: 250 milliliters of whole milk 160 grams of flour 2 eggs 1 pinch of salt butter or margarine (to grease the skillet) Preparation: 1. In a mini pepper glass area the milk, flour, eggs and salt, and grind. 2. It must be a non-thick dough. The extra liquid you live, the finer your crepes will pop out. take a look at this whilst whipping and add a bit greater milk if important. 3. We allow it relaxation for a while and then spread a warm skillet with a bit butter or margarine, to taste. We make the crepes and reserve on a plate. 4. Accompany with sweet, ice cream, fruit, chocolate or some thing salty.

HOT PEACH COBBLER OUT OF THE OVEN

  Ingredients : ▢1 cup bisquick ▢½ tsp ground nutmeg ▢1 cup milk ▢½ cup Butter (1 stick or 8 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled) ▢1 cup sugar ▢29 oz canned sliced peaches (drained - use 1 can of 29 oz or 2 cans of 15 oz) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). *The original recipe calls for an ungreased 8x8 pan - but I always butter the baking dish. You can use an 8x8, 9x9, 9x13 baking dish or a cast iron skillet. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick Baking Mix and ground nutmeg. Pour the milk and melted butter, mix and transfer to your gratin dish. 1 cup Bisquick, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, 1 cup milk, ½ cup butter Toss drained, canned or sliced fresh peaches with sugar, then gently pour over top of batter. Do not stir. 1 cup sugar, 29 ounces canned sliced peaches Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-50 minutes, until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Ingredients for 4 persons) 1 cabbage 2 tablespoons oil 100 grams of round rice a little parsley Butter 200 grams of pork, lamb or veal. 2 cloves garlic 100 grams of ham 2 tablespoons of capers Tomato sauce: 400 grams of tomatoes 1 chopped onion 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon thyme A pinch of salt Cook the rice for 20 minutes in a pan of salted water. - Cook the cabbage leaves in a pressure cooker. - Melt the onion then add the ham, rice and capers. - Place a portion of the stuffing in the middle of each cabbage leaf and fill the edges by forming rolls. - Bake for 1 hour in the oven with a few knobs of butter. Prepare the tomato sauce: - Cook the diced onion in a little butter then mix it with the tomato with a pinch of sugar. - Cook over moderate heat.

ANGEL'S KISS CAKE
