Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the seasonings.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet. You can line the sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and starts to brown around the edges. Be sure to toss the cauliflower halfway through the cooking time for even roasting.
If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking. This will add a delicious cheesy crust.
Once the cauliflower is golden and tender, remove it from the oven.
